Individual Therapeutic Counselling

This is the most popular form of counselling provided.  It helps ordinary people manage the difficulties they experience in life from a psychological and emotional perspective while taking into account the person's family, social environment and culture.

Counselling is totally confidential and may address issues such as:

  • Feelings of being overwhelmed and confused over life’s direction; the meaning of life; managing anxiety or depression; adjusting to major changes; dealing with thoughts of self-harm or suicide

  • Conflict in the workplace such as bullying and harassment; difficulties in managing staff
